If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We offer worldwide shipping.

NATIONAL (Denmark) – €7
EU – €12
REST OF THE WORLD – €20

National delivery can take 1-2 days.
International delivery 2-5 days.

All orders are set to dispatch within 4 business days. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your mail.

Please note, local taxes and duties are not included.

PURCHASE OF PRODUCT
When you purchase a product from www.sabinasommer.com, you must fill in personal information such as name, address, e-mail, phone number and payment information. A purchase is not binding until we have accepted your purchase. You will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail. This is not the final order confirmation, as your order first goes through when payment information is approved. You will then receive a final order confirmation..

For customers outside of Denmark, we have a minimum order requirement of 90EUR/75GBP/95USD at the moment.

CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, this can be done if your package has not already been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you.

RETURNS
We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all items purchased online when returned within 14 days of receiving your original order.

Ensure your return slip with your name and order number is included in the parcel. Failure to do so may result in the refund process being delayed. All goods must be sent back in their original condition, along with the original tags. Items will be inspected upon return and will be returned to the sender if they are not in their original saleable condition.

Returned item should include the tags and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Used item cannot be returned.
We suggest that you ship the parcel with a tracked service in order to be able to monitor the returned items.

If you’re located outside of EU

To ensure the safe and secure transit of your return or exchange, we recommend using a shipping carrier such as UPS, DHL or FedEx. Once we have received and processed your request, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Please indicate that the package is intended for our company by writing, COMPANY SABINA SOMMER, with VAT no DK32914136. Additionally, select “return item” to ensure a smoother process.

Note, we are unable to offer free returns.

REFUNDS

The refund value for international orders placed in a non-EUR currency will be based on the daily exchange rate. Allow 4-7 business days for the refund to process. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Where this is not possible, we will issue a credit note to use online.

You will be receiving an email update once your return parcel has been delivered into our store.
Please ensure you keep your receipt and tracking number so your parcel can be tracked. Unfortunately, we do not refund the initial shipping fee paid by the customer outside of Denmark. When placing an order on our website. We only refund shipping costs if there has been an error with the order or your purchase was faulty.

I HAVE NOT RECIVED MY REFUND
We refund returned items after your return package has been checked and approved.
If you have not yet received a confirmation email for your return, please refer to the tracking number on your proof of postage or the shipping label.

If you have already received a confirmation email for your return, you will soon receive your refund. If you have still not received an email after a few days, please contact your customer service department.

EXCHANGE
If you have received your order and it’s not quite right, we would be happy to offer you an exchange for the same item in a different size. Please contact our customer services team hello@sabinasommer.com so the item/s can be put aside for you. Please also write these details on your return slip and return with your original order.

PAYMENT METHODTS
Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard and PayPal.

The order amount will be deducted from your account when your package is ready for dispatch. Payment is made through E-pay via approved and secure payment solution.

CLAIMS

Our customers are entitled to a 24-month complaint period under Danish law. If you detect any defects or issues within this period, don’t hesitate to contact us. However, please note that regular wear and tear or improper use are not covered by the warranty. Reach out to us at hello@sabinasommer.com for any inquiries or missing orders.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.
